I'm Helen. I have been a Tera Mai Reiki & Seichem master and practitioner of The Bowen Technique for over 20 years, and more recently discovered the magic of Biofield Tuning and Pendulum Healing.

I am consistently amazed how the body will naturally seek to bring itself back to balance and find that these practices gel beautifully together to work holistically on all levels of our being, restoring a sense of ease and wellbeing and bring us into a flow more harmonious with our true nature.
​
Not always the outcome we might be expecting, but expanding beyond the bounds of restriction to enable whatever is needing to come forward, to release, creating space for the true you to be seen.
Each moment a new moment of pure potential and it is my joy and pleasure to support you, as the light held within is brought to the fore.
More of a passion than a process. I consider it an honour to hold space and bear witness to transformation.
